Designing an effective web site is a serious job that requires expertise in both design and web marketing. Our process consists in 3 essential stages:

I Project Definition and Planning
1- Consultation
The first step in the design process is a free, no obligation meeting in order to gather the most information and determine the nature of the business, products or services to be offered, the audience to be reached and the goals to be achieved. We will discuss the project requirements, respond to any questions and make sure you fully understand the process.
2- Proposal
The next step is to draft a Proposal that clearly outlines the items discussed during the initial interview and depicts the Site Map (number of pages and links), a "Protosite" or preliminary drawing of yourfuture Website (featuring elements such as page layout, colors, item position, navigation, technical functions, etc.)
After possible requested changes, you will confirm acceptance of site mapping, functions and layout.
3- Contracting Our Services
When you are completely satisfied with the proposed look, feel and function of the Web site, an agreement is signed to identify both parties' responsibilities (design deadlines, agreed charges and pay schedule). Any content to be provided from your company(text, images, existing logo, printed media, etc.) will be gathered at this point so construction can begin.
4- Domain Registration & Web Hosting
If you do not currently have a domain registered or hosting setup, we will provide the extra value of helping you find a domain name that suits the business or organization and that is in line with the project goals, as well as obtaining appropriate and affordable Web and e-mail hosting; however, all charges are the responsibility of the client. II Site Development
During the construction stage, different versions of the new Web site are uploaded to a test URL (online address) until design, content and technical functions are in acceptance and no additional adjustments are needed. Your involvement and feedback is valued every step of the way.
III Website Launch
After all pay schedules have been met, the final and approved site files are uploaded and published to become accessible to the world wide web. The site URL is submitted to the most popular Search Engines (Google, Yahoo!, etc.), e-mail accounts are setup and a maintenance plan, if needed, is established. The Website looks, works and reaches its audience in the way you intended.
